This spring we were very proud to have supplied our wild garlic to the delicious Providores and Tapa Room on the Marylebone High Street, London. The restaurant's talented Senior Sous Chef, Paul Melville, came to visit us in early spring to see where our wild garlic naturally grows, right beside the River Dee. It was great to meet Paul and later in the season visit The Providores and Tapa Room where we tried the incredible dishes that he had used our wild garlic in.

These included: Smoked Dutch eel and monks beard with a wild garlic puree. A wild garlic and feta tortilla with fennel, turkish chilli served with a saffron aioli - YUM!
