Every supper club event we do is to promote and encourage the knowledge of wild and seasonal ingredients within our landscapes. We have gone from the 'RIVER' landscape, using its wild ingredients from river trout to valley ingredients like edible flowers and shrubs, to the 'LAND' terrain using ingredients that are found in places like our fields, gardens and orchards.

We have also celebrated the 'WOODLAND', where we used 9 different trees across our three-course menu and most recently 'SEA' that celebrated the local and seasonal seafood we have off the British Isles with our five-course tasting menu.
